If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help. Returns and exchanges are reviewed in line with the condition of the item and the nature of the request. For damaged or incorrect items, please reach out with your order details and photos.
We are happy to consider exchanges on unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Reach out to us and we'll guide you through the process.
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos. We will make it right.
For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances cannot be returned unless faulty.
